A local children's shop hosts Tim Arnold "The Silhouette Man" every once in a while. We had a silhouette cut of Little One when she was 6 months old...it's such a treasure! We showed up for our appointment after a long day at school, clad in spit up and not our finest attire. Mr. Arnold graciously "cut" a pretty dress as her collar and some sweet little sleeves to boot. He's pretty clever like that.
During that first sitting, Mr. Arnold told me that he accepts mail orders. I called up my sis, told her about my plan for family Christmas gifts and she jumped on board too! All three of her children's are displayed on mom's new "gallery wall."

And when I heard he was coming again, I made a quick appointment and looked forward to Little One's sitting! I put her in a dress my mother made years ago when my sisters and I were little girls. So sweet. A dear friend of mine had her baby girl wearing a bonnet for her silhouette. Talk about precious.
If you are interested in having a silhouette cut (of your child, your dog, or you and your violin...) check out his website. It's such a classic keepsake! Hope that answers everyone's questions!!
