Total Miscellany

*I cut up a pineapple this morning. It was a grueling labor of love. I suppose that is why you can buy them pre-cut for 3x the price of a whole one. It might be worth it.

These glasses belong to our very bestest friend, V. We are quite fond of the glasses AND our friend.

*I was at school yesterday until 5:40. Whew! But I'm up to date on my CPR and First Aid certification now. I'm still not sure I would really know what to do in the case of a real emergency...say in the produce section of Kroger. I saw someone go down by the bell peppers once. I did learn one new thing- that if your tooth comes out, root and all, soak it in milk to preserve it until it can be put back in. Weird, huh?

*Little One is having some major food aversions these days. She's a no-meat kind of girl. Surely she'll snap out of it soon. She's leaning towards only eating broccoli, bowtie pasta, and peanut butter. At least she likes a green veggie, right?

Little One thinks this mask is hilarious.

*And last but not least, today is trash day and we went for a long walk this morning. You can learn a whole lot about someone by what's in their recycling bin. A whole lot.
Happy Wednesday, friends.

Little one is just too cute!!!
Speaking of recycling bins...if they are not too gross you can find LOTS of coupon inserts with the coupons. I have a friend who does this, of course its at 6AM on a run so no one really sees her ;)

Priss is meat averse as well!! I'm actually really glad you posted this because I've started to worry about our diet lately, which consists of Cheerio's, grapes, pineapple, english peas, wheat thins and icecream...the appetite of a toddler.

That's how I felt about the butternut squash I cut up to cook last night. Plus, I felt like I wasted a lot of it with my poor cutting skills!

Andrew will only eat processed meat--turkey dogs and chicken fingers. Ugh.

Hmmm...ours has a milk carton, some cans of soda, and cereal boxes. I think that just says we are pretty boring people...and I'm cool with that!
