These days are going too fast. They all said they would, but I guess I thought I was exempt to the "life flies by" rule. I'll blink and be back in my classroom at school. Bah.
And y'all, it's been hot. Really, really hot. Little One hardly gets to play outside unless there is water involved. Cabin fever is beginning to hit and I'm kinda out of ideas. We've done Story Time at a local bookstore. 20 minutes into the singing and Little One is over it. We've walked around the mall. We've gone to eat cupcakes at a yummy bakery. We read. We build towers. We play baby dolls. We watch ABC songs on YouTube. We play hide and seek. We chase eachother around the house. We draw the drapes and play with flashlights. And we just might need to get out of the house today. Maybe. :)

Search for Incy Wincy Spider on youtube. That's one that Andrew loves. It's some British children singing to animation.
We've been playing a lot of games where we dump stuff out and then put it all back in. For example, Andrew dumps out a big Gatorade bottle of change and then feeds all the coins back in. While closely supervised, of course! :) And we play wiffle ball catch ALL the time.
Go to Target or the grocery store! Those are still big hits with us when we BOTH need to get out.
