Back to the sweets thing...
I've been hooked on this Chocolate Chess Pie recipe lately. It is a great dessert to make when you're taking dinner to a family. It's super easy and even more delicious:
5 oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3 1/4 TBS cocoa
1 1/2 C sugar
1 stick butter- melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 9" deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Combine all ingredients, pour in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 325 for 40 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours to set. And I top it with whipped cream- the real deal. Yum
