We had a guest this weekend. My mother came to visit! It was delightful. Just to have someone to drink my coffee with was lovely. We hit up the flea market and an estate sale, played some Rummikub, and ate delicious steaks, among other things...like playing with a little someone that adores her grandmother. I'm sad as she makes her way back home today.
While mom was here, Little One got her first birthday gift ever. The Love of My Life arranged to have her swing hung properly from our big old oak out front. I can't decide if it's more of a gift for LO or for me. Cause I'll be using that swing a lot as entertainment.
She wasn't really sure about things at first.
It was full blown glee as she got warmed up!

Your mom is so sweet!! We took James to the park to swing this weekend...he giggled so much he got the hiccups!! We will have to get a swing of our own for him :)
