Guess the Gain

We head to the doctor again today. The last two times, I've gained at least 8 pounds. After having the F.P this week, I doubt that what the scale says will be totally accurate. HOWEVER, I have been much more disciplined in my eating habits the past 4 weeks. Any brave soul want to guess what the gain is? I promise I won't be offended. Make that a pinky swear.
