The Tight Fight

This morning I got up, the 40 degree weather beckoning me to wear some new tights (I loaded up on them at TJ). I threw on a sweater dress, pulled said tights all the way over the "bump" and then came the problem...I have no idea what shoes you wear with tights. All you fashionistas out there, I need you! I've got some tall boots- but they have a heel...way too much to wear to school. I ended up wearing some ballet flats and I feel like the biggest nerd. Love of My Life's grin confirmed that the flats were the wrong choice. Maybe I can just teach from behind my desk all day. At least I'm not trying to impress anyone. :)

I just did a quick search for some cute boots and this is what I came up with:




The most expensive pair is $70...more than I normally spend but the rest are quite reasonable (thank you, Target and Charlotte Russe). Thoughts anyone??
