thou shalt not covet

below are two things that i desperately need for my "new" desk. i'll go on and start saving my blow money.


only $269 from wisteria (like i said, i'll start saving my money)
i did spend a whopping $7 on a mahogany chair from gary's antiques(aka- "gary picked up junk off the street and is selling it"). i've got to strip it down and then do a nice coat of spray paint (white, probably)...and pick out some fabric for the seat. and since i need such a small piece of fabric, i think i might splurge a bit. yes, of course i will post pictures when my little project is completed! :)


this+lamp labor+small linen shade+beautiful finial=perfect. it would be even better if i had a pair. i love me some staffordshire
