We took Little One in for a haircut on Tuesday. Melanie has been cutting the Love of My Life's hair since he was two. (Minus the brief stint in which Laura in Auburn took over and totally jacked up his do. It was rough.) Anyway, we figured it was time for LO to get a little trim. I mean, it's getting a tad bit rowdy. Actually a whole lot rowdy.

So, knowing this isn't going to be easy, I brought out the big guns and picked up a delicious cupcake for the occasion. I've got to have some tricks in my back pocket in case of a breakdown. And since we've started walking, this girl is a wiggle worm. There's no sitting still. We walk in to the salon and immediately get shot down. No if, ands, or buts about it. Melanie says we're in the middle of the "growing out" phase. There's no help for us. Good heavens I hope this passes soon.

Well, I suppose she is pretty cute just the way she is.

LOVE that crazy "do!" Gotta love a wiggley, little toe-head in the summertime :)
Love the hair! Katie, did you get a new camera lense? Those pics are just great! Please let me know what lense you were using!
That middle pic looks like she's working on the famous "Papaw face"... I won't call it what we really call it for the sake on anonymity. ;-)
I love her hair! It's so adorable!!! My friend's little girl used to have hair much like MT's - stuck out all over; worse than hers, in fact. And her hairdresser said the same thing - hair was filling in/growing out. She has great hair now. So will MT someday soon! :-)
They wouldn't let you cut it?? oh well, I like its craziness :)
