This morning, The Love of My Life and I escorted Little One to her first checkup at the pediatrician's office. Although not quite back up to her birth weight (only 2 more ounces to go!), her coloring was "fantastic" and she only let out a little bit of teetee on the table. Whew. That could have been bad. Apparently babies can shrink because she measured 20.75 inches as opposed to the 21.5 we thought she was. hmmm. Something isn't quite right. I'm just saying...
(and yes, it is very dorky that I pulled out the camera. However, I'll risk what they might think of me in order to have those pictures!)
These days of new life are so precious. And to watch LOML with Little One would melt your heart. I about have to pry her out of his arms when it's time to eat or time to sleep. The Lord has been so gracious- a healthy baby and a father that adores her. I couldn't ask for more.
