Sunday we had our first baby shower!! My sweet friend hosted several friends from church. It was quite surreal to show up to a baby shower...for me...and the little bit inside of me! I remember back to our wedding showers, I felt the same way I did yesterday- completely overwhelmed and humbled by the kindness that people show. I am so thankful for the investment that people have already made in our little one. Thanks to each of you that came!
Does anyone remember in Tommy Boy, when David Spade tells Chris Farley that he can actually hear him getting fatter? Yeah, I feel a little like that...as shown in the above picture!! Praise the Lord for His wonderful blessing...and the weight gain that goes along with it!
