officially blogged

how fitting that january 7th rolls around and i have yet to declare my resolutions...until now. actually, i've decided that my only resolution this year is to be more transparent with God (not that i'm capable of hiding anything from Him), myself, and others. i believe a blog will be a catalyst in actually meeting the terms of this resolution...SO, my friends, fellow blog stalkers, and husband (i know that you are planning on reading this), i charge you to read on, and hold me accountable for actually following through on this one new leaf i am turning over (don't you think this "one new leaf" is more like an umbrella, encompasing far more than one thing??). anyway, YOU are now a very important part of the success or failure of my blogging attempt...i hold each one of you responsible!

this might be a little premature, considering this is my first post ever, but there is something i would like to go ahead and get off my chest....i will admit...that i am an avid BLOG STALKER. i'm not ashamed of this secret. it's only a secret because the prime hours of stalking take place when i am supposed to be working. i can't help that i have a little down time. if they knew they paid me to follow the musings of others, i'm pretty sure i'd be in some hot water. however, i do think i'm pretty valuable to my school. i do the yearbook for goodness sake. that in itself is pretty good job security. am i the only one guilty of this?

ok, enough already. hopefully i'll use some of that down time to act on my one resolution, right?
